The Assistant is made by iGlomart LLC, the company behind AOFON. Write to us for a demo, a question about a plan, a security report or a legal request.

What to expect
A reply from a person. We do not publish response-time guarantees we have not measured; when we have a measured figure it will be stated here with its period.
Before you write
- For a plan or a demo: the size of the team and the work you want handled first — sales, support, operations, invoicing or projects.
- For a support question: the workspace name, the screen you were on and what the Assistant said. Its status line is written to be quoted.
- For a security report: steps to reproduce, the page or endpoint affected, and whether any customer data was visible. Please do not test against other customers' workspaces.
Security disclosures
We follow coordinated disclosure: report first, publish after the fix, and we credit you if you want to be credited. There is no paid bounty programme at this time, and this page does not claim one.
Data and privacy requests
Access, correction, export and deletion requests are handled from the address on the account, because that is how we verify who is asking. The Privacy Policy lists what is stored and for how long; a request tells us which of it you want to see, change or remove.
