Every feature, grouped the way you will use it
This page mirrors the application's own navigation. If a feature is listed here, it has a working page behind it; where a plan or a connection is required, the product says so instead of showing a dead screen.
Prices are published at launch; every account starts with a trial. No card to start.
Overview
Dashboard
Customers, deals, open tickets, tasks and this period's spend at a glance — every number computed from your records, not estimated.
Assistant Chat
Ask in plain language; get an answer and, when it fits, one proposed action with a preview. Read-only lookups run at once; everything else waits for you.
Sales
Customers
CRM records with history: who wrote, who answered, what was promised.
Deals and pipeline
Deals with stages and values; a pipeline view by stage; moves are actions the record keeps.
Support
Tickets
States, priorities and respond-by deadlines, with an audit of every transition.
Inbox review
Notices customers who are waiting on you and threads that went quiet; proposes replies you approve before anything is sent.
Operations
Projects, milestones, tasks
Projects with milestones and tasks, assignees and due dates.
Calendar and schedules
Recurring reviews and automations that the worker runs on time, in its own process.
Documents
Documents
Upload and read PDF, DOCX and XLSX; generate office documents from company data.
Invoices
Deterministic invoices — totals computed by code, not by a model — with issue, paid and void states and a PDF.
Automation
WorkflowsPro and above
Multi-step automations that pause for approval where the rules require it and can be continued or cancelled.
Actions and approvals
Every proposed action with its risk class, preview, approval level and decision — the product's audit trail.
Knowledge
Company knowledge and Business memory
The facts the Assistant may rely on, written by you and by the onboarding interview; retrieval is bounded per message.
Web researchPro and above
Sourced research through the Assistant, with results fenced as data the model may quote but not obey.
Connections
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts
Read and draft mail, read calendars, synchronise contacts — after you connect the account.
HubSpot, Slack, SMTP/IMAP, webhooks, Stripe Connect
Each shows connected or not connected in your workspace. Details
Workspace and account
Team, invitations, roles and policies
Invite people with a role; custom roles and approval policies on Advanced and above.
Analytics, usage and costs
Sales, support and operations analytics; model usage and cost by route, window and plan.
Questions people ask
Is every feature available on every plan?
No. Workflows, scheduled automations, HubSpot, Slack and web research start at Pro; custom roles, approval policies and Stripe Connect at Advanced. The product shows a lock with the reason rather than hiding the item.
Does a menu item ever lead to an unfinished page?
No. The navigation is generated from the same manifest the API serves, and a test checks that every path it names exists.
