Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-02. These terms govern use of the AOFON Business Assistant provided by iGlomart LLC. By creating an account you accept them; acceptance is recorded with its version and time.
Accounts and workspaces
An account belongs to a person; a workspace belongs to an organisation. The organisation's owner administers membership, roles, connections, approvals and billing, and is responsible for the people it invites.
Approvals and responsibility
The service proposes actions and executes them only within the permissions and approvals your organisation configures. Actions approved by your organisation's members are your organisation's actions. The service records each plan, approval and execution to make that responsibility visible.
Subscriptions
Plans, limits and prices are those shown in the product at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; data remains available for export for a limited time afterwards.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to process data you have no right to process, to attack the service or others, or to circumvent limits and approvals. We may suspend a workspace that does.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as described, with its limits stated in the product and its release notes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
A new version carries a new date and is presented for acceptance on next sign-in.
