Email that sounds like you and waits for you

The Assistant reads the thread, drafts the reply in your company's voice, and shows it to you. It sends from your own Gmail or SMTP address — threaded under the customer's message — only after you approve that exact text.

Prices are published at launch; every account starts with a trial. No card to start.

Reading

A connected mailbox is read within a bounded, recent window for the review. Customer text reaches the model fenced as data: the Assistant may quote it and answer it; it cannot be instructed by it.

Drafting

Drafts are short and specific: three or four plain sentences, no placeholders, no invented prices or dates. The company voice comes from your own knowledge entries and past messages.

Sending

Sending is an external action. The preview shows recipient, subject and body; approval binds to that message; the send goes through your own connected mailbox and is recorded on the customer's history with its message id.

Attachments

Attachments a customer sends can be saved into Documents as an action, and generated documents can be attached to an approved send.

Questions people ask

Does it send from an AOFON address?

No. Customer mail leaves from your organisation's own connected mailbox. AOFON's own address is used only for platform mail such as verification links.
