Calendar reads at once, invites after approval

Checking availability and finding meetings are read-only and run immediately when you ask. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling send invites to other people, so each is an external action that waits for your approval.

Prices are published at launch; every account starts with a trial. No card to start.

Reads

  • Check availability for a range.
  • Find meetings by person, subject or date.

Writes, with approval

  • Schedule a meeting — preview shows attendees, time and agenda.
  • Reschedule or cancel — both previewed; cancellations name who is notified.

Connecting

The same Google connection as Gmail and Contacts, authorised once per workspace with the calendar scope shown on the consent screen.

Status in the product

The Connections screen shows connected or not connected for your workspace. Until connected, the Assistant tells you a calendar action needs a Google connection that is not there — and does nothing else.

What is recorded

Every calendar write is an action with a preview, an approval and an audit entry naming who approved it and when. Reads are logged as reads. If an invite could not be sent, the action is marked failed with the provider's message — never reported as done.

Limits in this release

  • Connections belong to the workspace, not to a person: one Google connection serves the team, and removing it stops every calendar action at once.
  • Editing a whole recurring series and booking rooms are not part of this release and are not claimed here.
  • Times in previews are shown with their time zone, so an approval is never a guess about which afternoon was meant.

Questions people ask

Can it move a meeting without asking?

No. Rescheduling is an external action with user confirmation required.
