Decisions in Slack, records in the workspace
Connect Slack and the work that needs a person — a drafted reply, a paused workflow, a ticket past its deadline — is posted where your team already looks. The decision is recorded in the workspace either way.
Prices are published at launch; every account starts with a trial. No card to start.
What is posted
- Approval requests with a link to the preview.
- Notifications for overdue tickets and paused workflows.
- Nothing containing customer secrets or connection settings.
Connecting
OAuth with Slack, state verified on the callback, token sealed at rest and owned by the workspace. Available on Pro and above; Starter workspaces see the item locked with the reason.
Publishing
Posting to an external channel is an external action with approval, like every other outbound message.
Status in the product
The Connections screen shows connected or not connected. Until connected, the Assistant says a Slack post needs a connection that is not there, and does nothing.
What is recorded
Each post is an action with an audit entry: the channel, the summary that was sent, who approved it and the delivery result. A failed delivery is shown as failed, with Slack's message, never as sent.
Questions people ask
Does the Assistant read my Slack messages?
Not in this release; the integration is outbound notifications and approvals, and that is all this page claims.
