Operations with a memory and a schedule
Projects, milestones and tasks that stay current; schedules that run on time in a separate process; workflows that carry out several steps and stop exactly where the rules say a person must decide.
Prices are published at launch; every account starts with a trial. No card to start.
Projects, milestones, tasks
A project has milestones; a milestone has tasks; a task has an assignee and a due date. Creating and updating tasks are internal actions — planned and previewed like everything else, but with no approval needed beyond your role.
Schedules
Recurring work — the morning review, a weekly summary, a follow-up sweep — runs on a schedule in a worker process separate from the API, so a busy automation never slows a screen somebody is looking at. Runs are capped; a quiet month does not arrive as forty decisions.
Workflows
A workflow is several actions in order. Each step goes through the same planner; a step that needs approval pauses the run and puts the decision in your inbox; the run continues when you decide, or is cancelled. Available on Pro and above.
The operations agent
Focused on projects, tasks, schedules and documents. It can propose a task, a milestone update or a report; it cannot send, pay or delete anything on its own.
Questions people ask
What happens if a step fails mid-workflow?
The run stops at that step with the reason recorded; you can continue after fixing the cause, or cancel. Completed steps are not repeated.
