Sales work that gets done, and gets recorded

A CRM is only as good as the follow-up that did not slip. The Assistant keeps customers and deals, notices threads that went quiet, drafts the next message in your voice, and sends it from your own address once you say so.

Prices are published at launch; every account starts with a trial. No card to start.

What a sales day looks like

Morning review

Ask “who has gone quiet?” The Assistant looks at the threads your company started and lists the ones with no answer for a week or more — a real situation, described exactly.

A draft, not a send

For each one it drafts a short follow-up from the thread's own facts. Nothing invented: no price, date or commitment that is not in the record.

Your approval

The preview shows the recipient, subject and body. You approve, edit, or dismiss. Approval is bound to that exact message.

Sent from you

The email leaves through your connected Gmail or SMTP mailbox, threaded under the customer's own message, and is stored on the customer's history.

Customers and deals

Customer records hold contact details and a history of what was sent and received. Deals carry a stage and a value; moving a deal is an action the record keeps, so the pipeline view is built from what actually happened. Search by name or by what you remember of the conversation.

The sales agent

Address the sales agent when you want its focus: it works only with the actions that belong to sales — finding customers and deals, drafting outreach, scheduling — and never widens its own permissions. Every action it proposes goes through the same preview and approval as one you typed yourself.

What it will not do

  • Send anything without an approval record.
  • Quote a price or promise a date that is not in your records.
  • Use another workspace's connection to carry your mail.

Questions people ask

Does it work with my existing CRM?

HubSpot is connected on Pro and above; the Assistant reads and updates records there through approved actions. Without HubSpot, the built-in customers and deals are the CRM.

Can the sales agent see support tickets?

It can read what its role allows; presets narrow focus, never widen permission.
