Nobody waits without you knowing
Support is a queue and a clock. The Assistant keeps tickets with states, priorities and respond-by times, reads your connected inbox for customers who are still waiting, and drafts the reply — you approve it, and it goes.
Prices are published at launch; every account starts with a trial. No card to start.
Tickets
A ticket has a state (open, in progress, waiting, resolved, closed), a priority, an assignee and a respond-by time. Illegal transitions are refused and every legal one is recorded with who made it. Overdue tickets are a query, not a feeling.
Inbox review
With a connected mailbox, the review looks back over recent messages and finds customers who wrote and have not been answered within a business day. Each becomes a proposal with the customer's own words shown as data — never as instructions to the model — and a drafted reply waiting for your decision.
Attachments and documents
Attachments from customer email can be saved into Documents as an action, so the invoice a customer sent back or the screenshot they attached is on the ticket, not lost in a thread.
The support agent
The support agent's actions are the support ones: tickets, replies, documents. It proposes; it does not decide. A reply is sent only from your own connected address after you approve the exact text.
Questions people ask
Will it auto-reply to customers?
No. Every customer message is drafted and waits for approval. There is no setting that sends automatically.
Can it read my whole inbox?
It reads a bounded, recent window for the review, only from a mailbox your workspace connected.
